They will answer your questions and help you keep on track with your course progression, with care and focus on your individual learning journey. We know that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults can face many challenges when committing to study.
Our role is to encourage each student to walk the path that is right for them.
You can connect with:
- Indigenous Student Support Officer for assistance with accessing course materials, study skills advice, IT issues and encouragement
- Trainer for one-to-one academic support
- Tranby’s Cultural Mentors and Elders in Residence for cultural support and guidance.
We understand that when you commit to commencing a course, the requirements of full-time study or unexpected life events can sometimes challenge your ability to progress through the course. Therefore, Tranby may allow students to withdraw from the course and enrol again when the course is next offered. Any modules that were successfully completed will be credited towards the second enrolment.
